Teluk intan orphan Feeding Program, Malaysia

GISED organised a feeding program at an orphanage located in Teluk Intan, Malaysia. As part of the program, GISED brought in food for the orphans and spent a considerable amount of time connecting with them.

It is important to take time to listen to their stories and empower them, as well as to learn from them. Every voice must be heard, therefore a society is only as strong as their most vulnerable parts. The feeding program brought attention to the vulnerable children who are often looked past, and reminded them that every aspect of the community must be taken care of so nobody is left out.
