IT Education in Malta

GISED partnered with the government of Malta to conduct an IT education program for its citizens. Individuals who did not have access to a computer were able to take part in this skill boosting program. The participants were educated in applications such as Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel, mentored by certified teachers from the region. Several hundred students of all ages and multicultural backgrounds successfully participated, taking their IT-Skills to the next level.

In close cooperation with the Government of the Republic of Malta, GISED was able to facilitate space, expertise and the necessary computer equipment. In addition to covering the costs of this program, GISED held an awards ceremony where the President alongside other political leaders and representatives of different associations had participated.
