The goal of the Agility Institute (AI) is to accelerate innovation. The AI is specifically designed to work with global and strategic partners focused on the development, production and communication of agility focused experience and knowledge. By using a variety of mediums and technologies the AI builds an architecture that helps organisations to become more agile and thrive in the face of volatility, uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity.

At AI we intend to build a deep body of knowledge and collection of practical tools accessible to NGOs and Not-For-Profits. That includes the field of leadership and organisational agility services.

AI through conferences, seminars and internships for master and Doctorial students will support, produce and publish agility focused research and development materials. Further the AI will provide and support agility research and development through financial multi year grants. The results of said research is published on international conferences, round tables as well made accessible via online electronic outlets
